7:45 am-8:00am: get up in the morning/make bed
8:00 am-8:15 am: Personal hygiene/dressing
8:15 am-8:30 am: prepare gym bag/light breakfast
8:30 am-9:00 am: Walk to gym/garbage disposal
9:00 a.m.-10:10 a.m.: exercise in the F45 fitness club
10:10 am-10:25 am: Post-workout shower in the gym
10:25 am-10:35 am: On the way home
10:35-10:55: Lunch. (mainly protein-rich foods with minimal carbohydrates).
10:55am-11:40am: rest, personal time.
11:40 am-1:20 pm: Email check/communication with admissions offices of educational institutions.
1:20 pm-3:45 pm: Catch up on the news/read/mark material for personal blog
3:45 pm-5:30 pm: Writing a personal blog.
5:30 pm-7:30 pm: Physically active period.
7:30 pm-8:00 pm: Light dinner
8:00 pm-9:00 pm: getting ready for bed/personal hygiene/sorting clothes.
9:00 pm-10:00 pm: lie down/rest/sleep

My diet consists mainly of protein foods and foods high in nutrients.
Personal training is mainly limited to light upper body training and strengthening of the shoulder muscles.
Personal laundry is available at 24 Brentwood, in the basement of the Fermata Art Foundation. Washing is done every 4 days.

    ENTRY ONE:

    Larger size boxing gloves are downstair ready for an exchange. There is another purpose for the smaller ones after the exchange.

    A memory stick has to be returned, we need it.
    You did not provide files for 02/09/23 presentation in Hooksett, NH and for 02/06/23 presentation in New Hartford, CT as we asked.

      ENTRY FOUR:

      The memory stick was given for a task to download two presentations, from Hooksett, NH & New Hartford, CT.
      It was returned empty.

      1. The videos showing the presentations in Hooksett, NH & New Hartford, CT have unfortunately been removed from the computer due to low memory. The reason for the delay in the delivery of the memory stick was that I tried to recover the files but to no avail.
