Re: Modern culture and the police are the visions of President Biden: Education

Dear Ambassador Haber,

My name is Nikoloz Gvasalia, I am a student from the Republic of Georgia. Currently, I am working as a volunteer at the Fermata Arts Foundation nonprofit organization. The main function of our organization is to try to establish peace in the world with the help of art.

On December 21, 2022 we held a cognitive lecture at the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum, St. Johnsbury, VT, where I talked about the Caucasus region and discussed the ancient and new history of Georgia, and got acquainted with the paintings of Georgian children presented in the library.

Yesterday, December 26, 2022, we visited Washington D.C. and arranged our art installation in front of the White House which was about today’s problems in Ukraine and other post-Soviet countries. Our project attracted a lot of attention from people, but at the same time caused dissatisfaction among local law enforcement.

We will be glad if you and your institution show interest in our future projects which will be about the history of the Republic of Georgia and on modern problems concerning the safety of the public sector and the protection of security guaranteed by the Constitution, as well as the problems associated with effective reforms by police and law enforcement agencies in today’s time. Presentations: the Fermata Arts Foundation expressed readiness to communicate with you and cooperate to change the world for the better.

To learn more about our activities, I am attaching several photo-video materials in the letter.

Sincerely,

Nikoloz Gvasalia Nikolay Synkov
